Panoramic view from the room, polite and attentive housekeeping, room service, reception and breakfast staff. Comfortable beds and all necessary facilities in the room. Food from room service was delicious as well as complimentary birthday amenities. We appreciate free room upgrade and thankful to Hamad and Sunday for their assistance and care. Even there were so many people at the same time in lobby, Sunday was alone and still arranged early check-in for us, was polite, attentive and smiling. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hospitality of the manager Mr. Moustafa was par excellence and Mr. Ala also was humble enough on our queries along with other staff. I had a glitch while booking the hotel with booking.com but the manager Mr. Moustafa has sorted the glitch with the best of his ability. They know what is called as customer support. Keep it up TEAM OCEANIC RESORT!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Thank you to Receptionist Moustafa and Anika for the great hospitality given to us during our check-in and check-out and for the smooth transition. The concierge/valet staff was very efficient too. Great location and great facilities for a short family vacay. The hotel is also accessible for disability, kids-friendly, shaded parking, next to the public beach, Khorfakkan beach. Safe and quiet. Highly recommended and looking forward to have another stay with this hotel.

This hotel has the best location in Khorfakkan. It is next to the Khorfakkan Beachfront, Amphitheater and Waterfall. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am very grateful to Mr. Ali at the reception for giving me a nice room with seaview and my children's room opposite my room. Also thank you Mr Naveed for his help and warm smile.

Suprisingly I was upgraded to a Premium Room, with a separate Living Room with seaviews! Loved the fruits in the room. I had a great time during the 2 snorkellings with Fox, the master. Plus great 2 massages (at discounted rate). All staff are great, including the Café staff, who'd served me DELICIOUS Karak tea and Halva Ice cream:) Try the tea and the ice cream, they are AAA rated!! Overall it's a great hotel.10/10 ...will stay again, next time will be a longer stay.

The location of the hotel was spectacular. The staff were the best if not making our stay better even though there were drawbacks to the hotel and facilities. The beach in the hotel premises were really good and thought off. The swimming pool and snack bar were excellent.

First time but not last, i will be there again and whenever i will visit Khotfakkan, Thanks to everyone there and special thank to Mr. Mostafa who tried his best to make sure everything is okay for us and gave us a room full of views for the city, Cornish, mountain, water fall and ocean. Sometimes the people can add extra value to the place and you cant imagine the place without them. Thank you for showing us this place knows how to choose their staff.

We travelled with Senior Citizen who only had Satvik food. The arabic restaurant Al Murjan provided us Food without Onion & Garlic. I really have the appreciate the services provided by The staff, Mr. Prasanna , Mr Aravind, Ms Jesabel Ms Manisha Ms Sanju Ms Luna at restaurant At resort Mr Hamad / Ms Prisha / Ms Anika were so helpful , we don't have words to appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff The best experience I had. The location of fantastic. Best view, everything was great

The villa was absolutely stunning, very spacious, modern, and very homey with jacuzzi, however there were few mosquitos inside and I hope that they would put more kitchen wares like plates and cups to use.
