Panoramic view from the room, polite and attentive housekeeping, room service, reception and breakfast staff. Comfortable beds and all necessary facilities in the room. Food from room service was delicious as well as complimentary birthday amenities. We appreciate free room upgrade and thankful to Hamad and Sunday for their assistance and care. Even there were so many people at the same time in lobby, Sunday was alone and still arranged early check-in for us, was polite, attentive and smiling. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hospitality of the manager Mr. Moustafa was par excellence and Mr. Ala also was humble enough on our queries along with other staff. I had a glitch while booking the hotel with booking.com but the manager Mr. Moustafa has sorted the glitch with the best of his ability. They know what is called as customer support. Keep it up TEAM OCEANIC RESORT!

A bit worn and torn hotel, however well maintained. Great and friendly staff. Some furniture in the room needs attention, but everything is functioning. We had fully renovated bathroom. The comfortable chairs and sofa. Also, we were excited to find a large set of fruits in the room - a great surprise, as we didn't order them. (Bananas, grapes, apples, etc; we ate them throughout our entire stay.) Excellent a la carte food and beverages. The pool and beach are clean. The watersports are available, right at the beach. The town is very nice. There's a long promenade along the shore, with sightseeing, local attractions, and restaurants. Great to walk and drive around.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Thank you to Receptionist Moustafa and Anika for the great hospitality given to us during our check-in and check-out and for the smooth transition. The concierge/valet staff was very efficient too. Great location and great facilities for a short family vacay. The hotel is also accessible for disability, kids-friendly, shaded parking, next to the public beach, Khorfakkan beach. Safe and quiet. Highly recommended and looking forward to have another stay with this hotel.

Direct access to the beach. Very near khorfakhan attractions. Lifeguards availability. Unique offering in the poolside fnb. All staff were friendly and courteous very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and has variety of options. Live cooking of omelet station was amazing with showmanship.

This hotel has the best location in Khorfakkan. It is next to the Khorfakkan Beachfront, Amphitheater and Waterfall. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I am very grateful to Mr. Ali at the reception for giving me a nice room with seaview and my children's room opposite my room. Also thank you Mr Naveed for his help and warm smile.

Suprisingly I was upgraded to a Premium Room, with a separate Living Room with seaviews! Loved the fruits in the room. I had a great time during the 2 snorkellings with Fox, the master. Plus great 2 massages (at discounted rate). All staff are great, including the Café staff, who'd served me DELICIOUS Karak tea and Halva Ice cream:) Try the tea and the ice cream, they are AAA rated!! Overall it's a great hotel.10/10 ...will stay again, next time will be a longer stay.

First time but not last, i will be there again and whenever i will visit Khotfakkan, Thanks to everyone there and special thank to Mr. Mostafa who tried his best to make sure everything is okay for us and gave us a room full of views for the city, Cornish, mountain, water fall and ocean. Sometimes the people can add extra value to the place and you cant imagine the place without them. Thank you for showing us this place knows how to choose their staff.
