My experience is exceptional with the hotel and its friendly staff, mainly the reception staff, Mr. Mustafa and Mr. Ala. They have been helpful and are friendly with positive vibes. I have shortened my stay to one day because of a bad experience. It was during the booking process. As I've selected a room rate that was recommended by the site and proceeded with the payment for the room as a final step, unfortunately, a pop-up message alerted me that the selected rate was unavailable and the amount had been charged. Then another message appeared telling me to tap and complete the booking process to cover the already charged amount of the room. When I followed the instructions I received a message saying the booking was completed. I've realised that the rate was increased from the original recommended rate. This is a very frustrating experience, frankly speaking, booking.com is no longer a reliable good customer service travel company. You need to get back to work on your customer-oriented policy as before. I've been a customer with Booking.com since it was released. I've never felt down from a customer service as it is now.

A bit worn and torn hotel, however well maintained. Great and friendly staff. Some furniture in the room needs attention, but everything is functioning. We had fully renovated bathroom. The comfortable chairs and sofa. Also, we were excited to find a large set of fruits in the room - a great surprise, as we didn't order them. (Bananas, grapes, apples, etc; we ate them throughout our entire stay.) Excellent a la carte food and beverages. The pool and beach are clean. The watersports are available, right at the beach. The town is very nice. There's a long promenade along the shore, with sightseeing, local attractions, and restaurants. Great to walk and drive around.

Panoramic view from the room, polite and attentive housekeeping, room service, reception and breakfast staff. Comfortable beds and all necessary facilities in the room. Food from room service was delicious as well as complimentary birthday amenities. We appreciate free room upgrade and thankful to Hamad and Sunday for their assistance and care. Even there were so many people at the same time in lobby, Sunday was alone and still arranged early check-in for us, was polite, attentive and smiling. We really enjoyed our stay.

The concierge/valet staff was very efficient too. Great location and great facilities for a short family vacay. The hotel is also accessible for disability, kids-friendly, shaded parking, next to the public beach, Khorfakkan beach. Safe and quiet. Highly recommended and looking forward to have another stay with this hotel.

Suprisingly I was upgraded to a Premium Room, with a separate Living Room with seaviews! Loved the fruits in the room. I had a great time during the 2 snorkellings with Fox, the master. Plus great 2 massages (at discounted rate). All staff are great, including the Café staff, who'd served me DELICIOUS Karak tea and Halva Ice cream:) Try the tea and the ice cream, they are AAA rated!! Overall it's a great hotel.10/10 ...will stay again, next time will be a longer stay.
